Viikko Westin Siray Bayn rauhassa
Kaikki toimi oikein mukavasti: siisti hotelli, ystävällinen palvelu, hyvä aamupala ja kauniit maisemat. Ainoa mainitsemisen arvoinen asia lienee se että sijainti on hieman syrjässä, mutta meitä se ei haitannut.

Phuket
Henkilökunta ei ymmärtänyt mikä asia oli vaikka se piirrettiin ja kuvattiin, tuotti paljon vaivaa. Kaksi erillistä vuodetta oli tosi vaikea saada. Varaus ei vastanut odotuksia, joten vaihdettiin kalliimpaan ”villaan” johon luvattiin kaksi erillistä vuodetta, jota ei pystytty toteuttamaan ennenkuin saatiin paikallinen johtaja paikalle, tämä kesti päivän. Henkilökunta yritti tehdä parhaansa. Kallis hotelli, kuljetus maksoi Phuket kaupunkiin ja patongin rannalle. Tämän tasoisen hotellin pitäisi tarjota kyyti kylille, kävelymatkan päässä ei ollut palveluja. Muuten kiva rauhallinen paikka.

not as nice as other westin hotels
PROS: friendly staff and a lot of it, great breakfast buffet, remote location so there aren't herds of tourists everywhere, but you need a taxi to go anywhere since the nearest shop is miles away CONS: The hotel needs a touch of paint here and there. The electric curtain that separates the bathroom and living room never worked. Horrible sewer smell coming from the shower drain every now and then. Dim lighting in the bathroom so you can't properly see what you are doing, for instance if you need to put on makeup etc. Minibar can't keep drinks cool. Rocky beach you need shoes to walk on if you don't want to get cuts in your feet, murky water with zero visibility, there is nothing of course the hotel can do about this since this is the way it is on the east side of the island, but they might consider advertising such things as "complimentary mask and snorkel" you don't even need since you can't see anything in the muddy water and they should show actual pictures of the beach during low tide. Hotel pools are quite small and fill up quickly during high season. Remember to wear long sleeves and pants if dining in the evening, there are a lot of mosquitoes. SUMMARY: Very nice hotel, but a bit overpriced considering the condition and doesn't compare to other Westin hotels.

Awesome views and too many pools to enjoy them all. The property is great and the exercise walking around the resort is definitely needed. There is way too much great food between breakfast and the 3 restaurants. Walking was a joy after a big meal. I definitely will be returning to The Westin Siray Bay.

The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. We went during their low season, so the attention to detail was phenomenal. The beach isnt the best in the area. We couldnt swim in the beach because we were warned about jellyfish in water. We did experience rain during out trip, so the best time to visit is October- November. Overall, this hotel is pretty secluded so if you like quiet, this is the place.

Very modern. It was a nice hotel in a quiet area, I prefer staying here than in Patong. Next time I will definitely be staying in a swim out villa.

Disaster zone. I’m sorry for the staff but this place is hugely unvested in (lack of staff training, run down rooms and facilities, terrible policies) and the Westin should be appalled to have their brand associated with it. For the price we paid, we had an amazing view and lots of space, but a terrible experience. I even got food poisoning from a room service salad top it off (not that management particularly cared when informed)

The resort had an amazing view, and the staff were amazing. They have gone above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience. Rooms were very clean and it was worth to upgrade to a room with pool access.

The beach with was the main reason for choosing the property was an absolute disaster! Impossible for swimming due to pollution. Property is very dated, rooms have mold issues. The breakfast area is too crowded and not managed efficiently. Overall, very friendly staff though! The spa was nice too.

Resort is beautiful and the staff were great. The property is a bit remote relative to the things you may want to do around Phuket but most of your immediate needs can be covered by the resort. Views are incredible.

The pictures of this resort are MUCH nicer than the actual facilities. The food was good and staff was friendly but could be hard to find if needed. They did have great golf carts to take you to your room or where ever you needed to go on the property. Chairs at the pools were very limited so you needed to get there early even at the largest pool on the property there were only about 20 lounge chairs.

For the price of the stay it’s hard to justify the reason for the excessive charges that are after purchase. A 6000 Baht deposit is required that does not get returned to your card in any sort of reasonable time (2 weeks to refund a deposit). The in room bar prices are 3 - 4 times that of the store just down the road. And the buffet dinner cost 3200 Baht for two people to eat mediocre food. The area is amazing and that’s all that saves grace for this hotel. My balcony was infested with huge red ants, one of which bit my foot and I was running a fever for 2 days after the bite. The bathtub drain held nothing and the tub had to be left running to maintain a full level. There was broken glass all over the beach as well.

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived and had to wait but it was only about 20 minutes. Really beautiful hotel and great pools. The Prego restaurant was really good and the breakfast buffet was amazing! The concierge was super helpful in helping with an excursion.

Hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal und das hervorragende Essen im Thai Restaurant. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt ebenfalls kaum Wünsche offen. Unser Zimmer war großzügig mit einer tollen Aussicht. Die Buchung eines Zimmers mit Pool würde ich mir beim nächsten Mal sparen. Vom Zustand des 5 Sterne Hauses waren wir enttäuscht. Der Renovierungsstau ist in jeder Ecke ersichtlich.

Great service and nice location
Our stay at the westin was really good. The service was insanely good. Everyone was so sweet and kind. The pool area had a wonderful view and because they had 2 pools they were almost never crowded. I also enjoyed that the hotel was 15 minutes outside Phuket old town because then we could also relax and enjoy the quietness. The room was okay. A little outdated but still comfortable and big. Only thing that could be better is the cleaning.

9/10 - Stay with very high service
The service at the hotel is very good. The staff is very kind and professional. You feel welcome at hotel. Good food in the hotels thai restaurants, but you pay hotel prices. Breakfast was fine and the service here was also great. The facilities were not new, but still fine and well maintained. The beach was fine but the water at the beach was not clean. Overall a very great hotel with excellent service from the staff.

Really nice hotel, short taxi for town but beware taxis charge a lot from hotel so arrange yourself if possible. Whole hotel needs some tlc, e.g. broken tiles, jacuzzi jets.
