”Nice place to stay”

”The host was kind, welcoming and really responsive. The room was clean and comfortable. However the fridge didnt work well.”

”Perfeito para uma viagem de 3 dias em Montreal! Localizado pertinho do metrô e 15 minutos a pé do Old Montreal. Eu recomendo. Tudo limpo, novo e os recepcionistas me trataram muito bem. O colchão poderia ser um pouco menos rígido. Há pessoas q gostam porém eu prefiro um colchão mais macio. ”

”Friendly staff. Bed is too soft especially for a bigger person, but managed. Room is well airconditioned. Toikets and showers were clean. Lockers in room r pretty small. Location is good.”

”There was no ac in the room so it was really hard to sleep. The hotel advertised that you could upgrade your breakfast to hot breakfast. We went to the place where the so called hot breakfast was served but they told that you can't do the upgrade and served us just the same muffins as the hostel. There was a nice bar just downstairs.”

”Great for the nightlife and walkable around downtown. Cheap drink deals for guests in the downstairs pub. No frills but well equipped kitchen. Bed was comfy and staff were helpful. There is no going to bed early on the weekends or sleeping in past 7-7:30 but we didnt mind. ”

”Overall, the stay was really good. Only problem I had run into was prior to arriving to the hotel. I called the hotel and asked about early check-in. I was advised that I could come around noon When I showed up at 12:30, was then told I’d have to wait around 1.5 hours till a room was available I was then advised that I had to pay a $35 early check-in fee which I was not told about when I had called or I would have waited until 3 o’clock check in time Be advised that if you want to check in...

”J’ai été bien accueilli, le service était bien, rien a dire, mais l’hôtel a pris $ 100 dollars de caution sur ma carte , je croyais que dès que je Check out , directement l’argent est remboursé sur ma carte . Mais jusqu’à maintenant ils m’ont pas remboursé, j’appelle et je tombe sur le répondeur, ils disent qu’ils vont rappeler mais rien du tout. Ça commence à m’inquiéter. Je veux mes 100 $ , s’il vous plaît. Merci ”

”We stayed one night at a double bed ensuite room and were really happy with it. The location is perfect in the centre of the old Quebec. The room was nicer than we expected from a hostel room - wooden floors, old furniture, wide window sills and thick curtains. The bathroom was new, clean and spacious. We also had a fan in our room. The only minor complaint that I can think of is that the floor in our room was really squeaky, but that is the price you pay for the old building's charm. There were...
