”We were here only a day and everything was satisfactory except for one thing. We were charged a parking fee, where all hotels that I've been to, don't.”

”it was ok but I couldn't find a microwave in my room so I had to go to my mother's room and i specifically requested that my rooms be on the same floor, they didn't respect that. it was boring at first but it was ok, we only stay one night. for the price, it did the job.”

”This is an excellent property when staying in Medicine Hat. The location is excellent. Easy access on and off the trans-Canada highway, and lots of dining options that are all within a few minutes’ walking distance. Incredibly clean rooms and friendly front desk staff. Rooms are well-appointed and the beds are phenomenally comfy”

”Did the sink drain, no. Were the carpets and ottoman riddled with stains, yes. Was there water pressure in the shower, no. Was the bed comfy, yes. Did the TV work, no. Did I fall asleep to the rumbling thunder of passing vehicles, yes. Are they pet friendly, yes. Value for money, sure. ”

”Great value, good sized rooms. Quiet, though in the car park we could hear the planes taking off nearby. Not a problem for us. Staff were very helpful when we added an extra night on at short notice and while we had to move rooms, the new room was ready at 9.00 so we could move our bags in and go and explore. Handy location to the airport too. I'd recommend it.”
