”My friend and I booked our trip somewhat last minute but Brian and Elizabeth were very prompt to message with all the required information for check-in. They also checked in with us the morning of our second day to make sure we had everything we needed. The villa was well stocked with absolutely everything you would need and was nice and clean. I was pleasantly surprised with the size of the space as well, overall a great experience!”

”The entire house is well equipped and with the fireplace at the beach just perfect. Restaurants, shopping centers are close to the house ( Walmart (5min drive). Since the hosts are living near the house you will get all answers to your questions or even recommendations for local activities. Great location-you have to stay here if you want the best in town.”

”Stayed with a group of moms looking for a night away. IT was clean and beds were very comfortable. The coffee maker would not work, host informed.”

”The place was just fine but there were no cooking utensils and only two (plastic) bowls and forks. It was not possible to cook what we intended to without shopping for cooking utensils (ie there was no spatula, no wooden spoons, etc). Kitchen supplies were very sparse despite the listing saying that there were fuLl kitchen amenities. The place was nice and. Spacious. Directions as to where the door is to access the suite was not provided and would have been helpful.”

”We had a small wedding and we absolutely loved being able to use the beautiful grounds for the ceremony and also being able to enjoy the spa for the rest of the weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better location.”

”The place was overall fine and the interactions with the property owner was great as they were very responsive. Positives: Location-10 to 15 mins from Grand Bend Beach and from Pinery provincial park. Screened patio in the back was great as we could sit out at night and not get bitten alive by mosquitoes. Not so Positive Garbage was not cleared out from the previous group No/exremely limited pots and pans, we had to go and buy some while there Things to keep in mind: It says sleeps 20 but...

”Our family stayed at Xian’s for a winter getaway after Christmas. The view of the lake was spectacular. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces including the fire pit and walk 180+ steps down to the water. The interior spaces were perfect for a large Family. The kids enjoyed all of the games in the downstairs area. Wifi and TV were excellent. There was ample space to eat, watch tv, play cards.”

”We stayed at this property over our wedding weekend and I have been consistently blown away. The host, Kathy is SO lovely and welcoming and so easy to communicate with. The property is even more beautiful in person. We ended up taking some of our wedding photos here because it was so breathtaking. The home is stocked with amenities like kitchen supplies, tableware, board games, even what appeared to be a baby change table and crib in one of the closets. ”We stayed for a month and really enjoyed the location and the unit. This villa is very spacious with 2 large bedrooms and a very nice open kitchen living room area. The owner was very pleasant o deal with and got back to us in a timely manner whenever we had questions. Hope to return next year.”

”The pictures don't really do it justice as we were able to fit 7 adults and 2 children very very comfortably for this fantastic stay. The 2 full kitchens came quite in handy to cook for the large group. The hot tub was quite useful as we had overcast days which weren't great for the beach. The view of the water was fantastic. Overall had a 10 out 0f 10 stay”

”Beautiful old home with lots of character. The house is a little difficult to see due to the overgrown landscape. Surprisingly close to the falls but nice and quiet!”
