”We booked this based on the good reviews, but unfortunately I can’t understand those. The hotel lobby and gym were nice and clean and breakfast was good. Our room was outdated, our window faced a wall and other rooms’ windows. The bed was very uncomfortable and squeky. We only had one big blanket and when we asked for another one, they did not bring sheets. I then went and asked for sheets and they gave me one (which was not enough for the blanket) and then the next day the cleaner took it away....

”The family who is running this hotel is extremely friendly and the view to Bellagio was beautiful. Location was great because we like peace and quite. 3km to center of Bellagio. Used the shuttle once(3e/person) and otherwise walked or drove to center. No AC allthough it says so in hotels.com. Only a fan in the ceiling which was pretty noisy so during night we kept it on the lowest level and then the sound was ok. However, it was pretty hot to sleep. ”We did not receive Anu information a bout hotel from in the check in. It took 2-3 minutes in desk and she (reception) took our passports and told after half an hour come take your pass. I paid 25 € for room decoration and a drink, for my husbands birthday, but the decoration was exactly for honey moon not for a birthday! So disappointed. Our fridge did not work for first day and after our report on second day still in evening the replacement on the floor was not anyway cold until evening third...

”Meidän piti olla Du Lac Bellagiossa, mutta epähuomiossa tuli varattua samanniminen hotelli Menaggiosta. Kannattaa olla tarkkana! Hotelli on pieni ja vanhanaikainen. Varsinkin tekstiilit kaipaisivat uudistusta. Kylpyhuoneen laattojen saumat vaatisivat puhdistusta. Mutta kuitenkin kodikas tunnelma ja muuten siisti paikka. ”
