Central location with major services within walking distance: restaurant, grocery store, gas station, church, gym, doctor's office, bus access. An added amenity of an apartment-car bundle can be offered at US$80/ day; US$560/week; or US$2160/month based on the availability of a vehicle for the booked dates. This can be negotiated at your confirmed booking and agreement with the rules.

Most major conveniences are within a maximum of 5 minutes walk: gas station with convenience store, restaurant, churches, doctor's office, pharmacy, gym, hardware, supermarket. The choice is yours if you want to include a car package deal at the total cost of $80/day; $560/week; or$2160/month. "Chalnez" can be your home away from home.

For your convenience to get you started for the first fortnight (or less) of stay, a basic starter pack is provided which consist of dishwashing liquid, disposable hand towels, bathroom soap, limited cleaning supplies, and toilet paper. Guests with long term stay reservations are responsible for any additional requirements of these items after the first fortnight.
