”Fitness room was closed during our stay. The room was fine, but there was water damage in the bathroom and everything looked a little run down. The elevator is very loud. We were 5 in a room but there was nothing for the pull out couch in the room. We had to go get everything. Only 3 towels were provided. Even after asking for extra towels the next day we still didn’t receive them. The beds were changed and made, but the pullout hadn’t even been touched. It did the job, but no one...

”Great stay at the Hampton Inn Nashua. All was clean and bright. Staff was kind and accommodating. Spacious, clean and quiet room. Pool was just right. Breakfast was plentiful. I would definitely return.”

”While the owners are lovely people and their restaurant wonderful, our accommodations were not really clean. The ceiling plaster was falling. Some of the areas were not dusted for a while, our bathroom mirror still had splash marks from the previous guest, and the carpets were not vacuumed. This place really has great potential with upgrades and cleaning. These are constructive criticisms to help.”

”Everything was great except the A/C compressor was so loud and kept kicking off, keeping us awake most of the night.”

”The room was dusty - I think from the a/c unit. The walls in the hallway were crumbling. The distance from the room to the elevator was quite long and I had multiple bags to carry (no one offeredt to help with them). The electric signage outside, on top of the building was out.”

”The rooms need to be cleaned better, the room needs new wallpaper, maybe new chairs in the room and add an ottoman. For the price I expect the bar and restaurant open every night. Plus not closed for a private party on another night.”

Les deux premières chambres qui nous ont été attribuées présentaient des draps sales ainsi qu’une forte odeur désagréable. Après plusieurs allers-retours à la réception, nous avons finalement obtenu une troisième chambre, où j’ai malgré tout dû changer moi-même les draps d’un des lits. Cette situation nous a fait...

”I had a five day stay booked. I checked out after the first night because of insects in the bathroom.”

”Staff was friendly. Room was very clean and did not have any odors, however the bed was horribly uncomfortable and our tv remote did not work. Our neighbors were rather loud however the room served it's purpose and was not the worst expereince.”

”Facilities were run down, furniture in first room looked beat up, shabby with scrapes & dings. needed to move to different room due to dripping ceiling in bathroom. New room’s tub did not drain after showering.”
