”I travel once a month or so to visit family in the Rio Grande Valley, and I will be staying at Casa de Palmas exclusively from now on. This historic hotel is absolutely beautiful and fully modernized and updated. The courtyards and pool area are beautifully landscaped and well-maintained. I had a room on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the pool courtyard. It was peaceful and idyllic. Also, I appreciate that there is a parking garage - it gets pretty hot in the RGV, and my car was...

”The staff was friendly and welcoming, always professional. The room we had was very clean and well stocked as we had a kitchenette. The hotel is located near shopping centers and restaurants. They serve a great breakfast and in the evening they serve more food! The rooms were quiet, ice, laundry facilities and a gym were available to us also very well maintained. If we ever visit the Valley this is where we will stay.”

”They gave me a bed with stains, I asked to change it and they didn’t, asked for a compensation as they could never change the bedsheets the whole time I was there and they said no.”

”The place was always clean.......staff members were sweeping, dusting, & completing other maintenance issues. Even being close to the freeway........no noise or traffic to deal with.......use the stop light on the southside of hotel......super easy...!!! My 1st time @ this location but enjoy the Springhill hotels in other locations. Same quality and service across the US.....thanks.”
