”I always stop here when I’m in the area or passing threw , you cannot go wrong and the front desk staff are very nice and helpful”

”Terrible. Everything about this place sucked. Tv didn’t work. Phone didn’t work. Toilet was clogged. Black hairs in shower and sink. Drilling at 5 a.m. Horribly located. Can’t warn everyone to avoid this place like the plague.”

”Breakfast should have been included. The pool was very small but the room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful.”

”The employees were extremely nice but the hallway reeked of marijuana constantly, the room was so dirty with holes in the bedding and I was pretty upset when my slippers had black all over them because of the dirt and I had a few bugs in the bathroom!! Will not stay again but I guess I got what I paid for.”

”These rooms aren't being cleaned at all. We got our 1st room just 1 bed. 2nd room was filthy.! finaly the 3rd room, was dirty but we gave in. Just sad.”

”Repeatedly spoke to staff who. canceled my room upon my request, yet it never showed up as canceled on my end and I now having to work to have charges reversed.”

”You get what you pay for. If you choose a smoking room expect the blankets and sheets to smell and look like people have been smoking in there. Other than that it was a secure room with cable TV. My only issue was, Stayed 2 nights there was a frig/freezer but no microwave.”

”Pool is drained and non-operational. Room was VERY dusty! Cobwebs hanging from the side of the artwork on the wall to the wall itself. Ambient light fixture in headboard was covered in a layer of dust that was at least a month old, as were other flat low-touch surfaces. For $200/night, I expect a room that is CLEAN and where it is obvious that it has been cleaned thoroughly, not just cleaned with a lick and a prayer.”

”The cleanliness of the room was questionable average at best. There were no amenities. The staff was great. I was very disappointed by the whole experience. Based on the pricing of course, it was increased because there was a convention in the area which should be considered gouging. ”The room itself was clean but there were several issues with the property. First off, the pool and hot tub area is FILTHY. It smelled like a dirty bathroom and after about 2 minutes in the hot tub I immediately had to get out because I felt like I was soaking in barely warm toilet water. The room had a toilet that barely flushed, the tv remote needed new batteries and only worked some of the time, and the shower had no hot water. I could not bear to sit in that room with no working tv, shower,...

”The room & building was clean - but there was no shampoo in the shower, no supplies near the coffee maker. Small things, but it seemed difficult to get things taken care of. Also not what you expect with a Hilton stay.”

”It's a very nice place to stay, but I would not recommend there restaurants so very over priced for what you get.”
