"The hotel was in a great location, and the staff were extremely friendly. We were given a room whose carpet was very musty, dirty, and old. The room smelled musty when we arrived in the evening. We mentioned in the morning that the room didn’t feel fresh and that the carpet was dirty. The staff were very apologetic, and we were immediately given a new room, which was really good and had a clean carpet. They apologized profusely. We can warmly recommend the hotel. One suggestion: remove plastic dishes from breakfast; nowadays cardboard or wooden dishes are preferable, not plastic."
