”You would definitely think that the hotel for the location that it’s in that it would be just average., But to my surprise, this place is very clean very well kept on the outside of the property. Location is a bit secluded, but still feels very safe and there are restaurants and fast food Joaquin distance overall a great place to stay for those traveling by”

”Parking was secure and easy to get to from the park. After a day of adventure it was nice to be so close to the property. 10 out of 10 easily.”

”We had such a nice time at this motel. Its close to some great food and coffee spots. We love animals and there were turkeys, cats, a goat and sheep on the property along with hearing owls at night and seeing hummingbirds at the feeders. Room was clean and they have a folder that tells u info about places to visit and eat. Staff and cats were super friendly. A short walk to the river. Just beautiful! ”

”My wife and I had the greatest time together in the most beautiful and serene location off the beaten path in three rivers. The owner was friendly and courteous, his service was above and beyond all expectations. We had very good WiFi service and were able to use our phones to call and text. Three Rivers and Paradise Ranch is our new spot to vacation together. Try the dinner with recipe from the commissary, better and cheaper than a nice restaurant. Thank you Kenneth. ”

”The lovely woman who checked us in was knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating. The kindness didn’t stop there though, as in the evening staff did small talk with our group while we waited on a lagging group member. Additionally (upon check out), we were greeted by yet another very helpful fellow AND a lovely dog named Olive. Who was beyond trained, as she didn’t greet us until we confirmed it was alright. This was my first visit, and I think I’ll make the place a tradition for my buddy’s...

”The room was great, clean and building in good condition. The problem we had was we got our card keys and room at 9:30pm, no issue. The front desk person at the time decided to call our room close to midnight to tell us we were checked in because the internet was down (no mention of this at check in). Woke everyone up, daughter had a competition morning. Call was not necessary at all as common sense would dictate.”
