”No pool, No response back from management after asking a question several days in a row they still have never returned my email! Not a great selection for breakfast. Room was clean”

”Location, having kitchenette and big rooms. Floors were dirty not clean building from inside looks old with ceiling plaster falling off. Dead bugs were in the room.”

”Enjoyed the fact that we were super close to the entrance of Sequoia National Park but the room was full of ants. Couldn’t leave any food inside. We ended up leaving all food in the car. The fridge fortunately was sealed but that didn’t mean ants weren’t all over it trying to get in. The tv didn’t have work, only had one channel with a big pop up infront of it”

”The location and restaurant are the biggest plusses, just outside the park and on the river. The room was adequate in size but dated. Some type of deodorizer was used and it was strong and not pleasant, especially if room scents are bothersome to sinuses. It makes me think this was a smoking room that was converted and they were covering up the smell. The biggest issue was the major construction work in the parking lot outside of the rooms. ”First of all expedia decieved me as they have a new catch breakfast available vs breakfast. Once asked the hotel said that you can buy breakfast avalable to buy We opted for the hotel as breakfast will be served and qe can head out for sequia. But they soad i can buy breakfast. I feel like they decieved me. Also the bed aheet have some strains. It took 3 calles to finally appear at 10 pm to change the sheets as the kids qent to bed. ”The cabin was easy to find. We were given very clear directions and check in and out instructions. I wish there were better toiletries provided as we had only traveled with carryons but that is a minor inconvenience and not really their fault. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you would need for a stay. The view was great. I loved sitting out on the deck in the morning and listening to the birds, I heard 15 different species!
