”The picture of the pool area is misleading. I can understand construction on the slide but the upkeep for the rest of the area was very poor. The outdoor patio had overgrown weeds making it not appealing to hang out in area. The restaurant/bar area was closed and when I asked staff they said it’s been closed for a couple months since the change of hotels, I feel like at some point it should have been updated then on the website.”

”Went to check in at 4 pm and was told room wasn’t available didn’t call me till almost 8:30 we were at a cheer competition and didn’t have any where to change. Rooms were ok but there was mystery red stains on the floor the sofa bed was broken pee at the base of the toilet”

”We had a wonderful stay at CityFlatsHotel in Grand Rapids. Our room was clean, quiet, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable visit. The parking was conveniently located nearby, making it easy to come and go throughout our stay. We especially loved the central location—we were able to walk to local shops, restaurants, speakeasies, and the riverfront, which made exploring the city so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Grand...

”The place was dirty, dirty dirty. The check-in was late. We had to wait because the room wasn’t ready no towels. There was only one sheet on the bed. No bedspread was afraid to stay there had to go buy supplies and clean the place myself. I asked for a refund from Expedia and I haven’t received one yet.”
