”Hello. the location is ideal in Big Bear. My room was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. They were professional and courteous. A couple of maintenance items that could use improvement. The hot tub was not hot. There was a smell of gas leak in the stairwell next to the front lobby. The upstairs third floor bedrooms were very hot at 85 degrees. The hallways upstairs were also very hot. We opened the windows to get some breeze to ease the heat. These appear to be all fixable...

Opened the sliding glass door at night to enjoy the night air. We came with our 20 lb dog and had a $25 dog cleaning fee which was reasonable. Would happily stay here sgain.”

”The power went out 7:45 to 10:05 pm. The employee said that happens several times a year. And there is no back up generator to supply power when that happens. Unable to run heater in room during that time. It was pretty cool in the room. If this is an ongoing issue, the. Supply a back up generator so the guests are not completely impacted every time.”
