”My prepaid reservation was not honored on arrival, as the property claimed they do not recognize Expedia bookings. I had to request a refund through Expedia and pay again at the hotel—at nearly double the price, which was very frustrating and misleading.
The resort is still not fully ready, with very limited food options (only two places), although the food itself was good. Staff do not speak English, making communication difficult.
The room with a private outdoor jacuzzi was enjoyable, but...

”Amazing ambience. Very helpful staff. Beautiful place. Very secure. Generous portions of food. I enjoyed my stay there. My only issue is if you have OCD like me you will probably want your breakfast covered to avoid exposure to flies. The rooms are amazing and house cleaning should be supervised to ensure they actually thoroughly clean and scrub the place. They can also look into switching up the breakfast menu otherwise i highly recommend Dianne and her great team. Made our stay worth it !”
