”The entire stay was great: the staff, cleanliness, breakfast, etc. My only complaint was there was no shelf or counter space in the bathroom so my toiletries. Not even towel hooks or toilet paper roll hooks. Hotel did not provide shampoo or shower body wash either, so I had to place all my soaps in the floor. Please provide shelf and counter space in the bathroom. This was a major inconvenience.”

” front desk , terrible costumer service.
No respect to seniors, not empathy, , no respect to green card holders .
Never stay in the hotel if you are green card holders because they will charge you extra 18% surcharge.
Misleading information regarding the numbers of of beds and occupants, Website says the one thing and the front desk says deferent thing. Costumer service agent, try to argue to win the argument.
Costumer service dirs not have skill about costumer service.
