”The Radisson in Colorado Springs needs some serious attention. I would start with shampooing all the carpeting. The carpet in our room was disgusting. Our room also had a funky smell. The breakfast was sufficient, but they ran out of food an hour before it was supposed to finish. There is small items of trash everywhere on the outside of the building. Will not be returning.”

”There was a terrible odor when we entered the room and it got worse each day. On our last night across from us there was a small dog. The owner was gone and the dog bark from 4 PM to 10:30 PM until the owner came home. We contacted the main desk and they were going to try to reach the owner. Nothing was resolved. There was no offer of reducing our expenses.”

”Check in was easy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There were restaurants and a large store within walking distance. We had a great stay. My only comment would be regarding the soaps and shampoos in the bathroom shower. They are fixed on the wall and refilled. The scents were woodsy and masculine. Personally, I would have preferred individual amenities with a more neutal fragrance.”

”I spent 80 bucks a night. When I arrived the room was poorly cleaned. There was a McDonald's order stuck to the lamp of someone else who was in the room. While checking out, there was a clearly drugged (I would assume fentanyl) man in the elevator. I requested help from the staff and he was removed, but he was able to get into the hotel unnoticed by the staff. A less than optimal experience, to say the least.”
