”The hotel room was so cozy and it felt like having our own apartment. Tom was so cool to talk to and gave us the best recommendation for Halloween night! We had food from the restaurant and it was above and beyond our expectations. All of the businesses we went to encouraged visiting other businesses. An amazing stay. Even added on an extra night!”

”We had a great stay overall. The staff was genuinely accommodating and very friendly, which made a big difference. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, tasty, and well organized.
The pool was a bit on the cold side, and the jacuzzi jets were very strong (definitely more “hydro-massage” than relaxing soak). That said, everything was working, clean, and well maintained.
Despite those minor points, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we’d happily come back”

”The property is a early 20th century house in the small downtown area of Scottsville, with easy access to Rochester, Henrietta, etc. The interior is wonderfully decorated including possibly early 19th century funiture, artwork, maps, etc. The layout is a dormitory-type of plan, with a shared kitchen, etc.”

”The view was amazing. The property was a cool 70's retro vibe. It was big enough for all 8 of us. Beds could have been more comfortable. The king bed was great but the rest were futon couches and singles with trundles. Not the best for grown adults. Went up on grape festival weekend. Lots to do for sure. ”
