”Amazing property… Colonial style with amazingly clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a great view. The only problem is the floors and ceilings are very thin and poorly insulated for sound. We heard every foot stomp over the period of four days and all hours of the day and night. Unfortunately, there was nothing the staff could do, but they tried to be helpful.
I would recommend staying in the newer building on the property, which is built with more modern construction techniques”

”Clean, updated, spacious room and a nice hot breakfast. Kind, helpful staff. The ice cream treat upon arrival was a welcome gesture. Great location right off the highway. Have stayed here many times on our way through Maine and will definitely be back.”

”Queen Anne is such a conveniently located hotel that no one should pass it up! We were able to walk to our usual Bar Harbor locations (Testa's for dinner, Rebel Lobster for speakeasy, Bluenose Inn for piano music nightly, Bar Island walking path, and the Looking Glass restaurant for breakfast). There was plenty of parking while we were there, but it looks like it could get busy on other weekends. There is a nice little bar on site for cocktails. We didn't partake in the breakfast offering, but...

”We were looking forward to this hotel because it was located close to the downtown. However the staff was not very friendly, wouldn't let us check in early and when the guest laundry washer broke mid cycle and our clothes were heavy with water, the girl on staff told me to just keep running my laundry in the dryer. She had her own basket of laundry with her and it seemed like she wanted to do her own laundry. It took us 4 hours to dry our clothes and we had to stay close enough to the hotel to...
