”The staff at the front was very friendly and helpful. We loved the pool and the ability to rent chairs and umbrellas at the beach. We liked the pool bar and food options. We liked how close we were to the beach and the ability to rinse off before heading to the pool.
We disliked the gym since both the treadmill and bike were broken. Also having the elevator broken made it difficult to get to our room quickly each day, at one point both elevators were down and climbing stairs to the 6th floor...

”Staff is terrible. After being told we couldn’t check in until management did a walk through of our suite, we found actual drugs in our suite so we let the front desk know by phone. Got passed around on the phone then was asked to come down stairs to talk to the manager. Honestly I thought us having to leave our room was horrible customer service but decided not to throw a fuss over it. ”The staff was not helpful when asked for any towels or keys not working.
The carpets were extremely dirty. We were told the rooms were pet free and told only a certain floor was pet friendly. I have kids that are allergic to pet dander so this was important. Our floor also had dogs in rooms next door so that was false information. The pets had pooped and peed all over the carpets on the hallway.
Breakfast items were limited- when asking staff for even coffee they were out of items within 30...
