”You advertise a pool & hot tub. The pool was so dirty it had two ducks swimming in it. The hot tub was dirty with leaves & stuff. That was disappointing. However, when the TV didn't work, someone came to fix it within minutes. When we couldn't figure out the shower, someone was there right now! The counter people were very nice when I told them they had vagrants hanging out in an alcove. She went right out & made them leave. So, although the hotel needs some refurbishing, you staff made our stay...

”When we initially checked in the front desk was rude and confrontational when I attempted to read some sort of contract they put in front of me as if I was wasting her time. I paid more for a view and what a waste of money that was. Expected to see the river and instead I got a dirt area and the fence of the pool, money well spent. Lastly the breakfast was mediocre at best with rubbery bacon and mushy fried potato’s. Won’t be coming back.”

”Staff needs training in what a wash cloth is. I asked for two additional wash cloths and the young man at the desk brought out two bath mats. I said no a wash cloth is smaller than that, so he came back with two gand towels and it took too much energy to send back again and his line at that time had gone from zero to three people. The next night housekeeper came and gave me two wash cloths when asked. She was sweet and asked if there anything else.”
