”In general, it is quite good to relax for a couple of days, swim in the pool and sit in the jacuzzi. The service staff is top notch. But there are some small nuances that would make this hotel more convenient. For example, the TV. As it turned out, it is not smart, which means you cannot turn on YouTube or link your cellphone. You can only watch old movies through DirectTV. There is no bar near the pool where you can order a morning cocktail. The nearest bars that are not part of the hotel open...

”We loved staying in the little cottage - so spacious/high ceiling and very nicely furnished - huge bathroom with walk-in shower was a plus! Great location to wander main street shops/restaurants in Calistoga after driving through Napa Valley. Loved the hotel's next door restaurant outdoor ambiance/live music, beer and pizza! The lady at the front desk was so helpful and friendly on checkin and checkout. ”

”The hotel is beautiful and the rooms spacious and stylish. Really, one of the nicest hotels at have recently stayed in. Very efficient, albeit cool and aloof staff, helped with check-in and check-out. A smile would have been great on either end of the process to make us feel welcome. However, I do recommend the hotel. It has a great vibe and the location can’t be beat. Convenient valet parking included was a big plus. ”
