”Despite the entire booking for this property going through Expedia via their booking platform, this was a scam. The Dunes hotel itself is well run and just outside the bustling town of Plettenberg bay. Sadly we did not get to stay there. The manager, Neil had previously sent Expedia information about the scam in the weeks preceding our booking but unfortunately we were still scammed.
