”Floors, elevator, hallways were all so dirty. Luckily the room was ok, except our window shade was off track and I had to fix it in the middle of the night (it fell off its hinge). Staff were nice enough, but I can’t stress how dirty the floors and walls were.”

”Very helpful staff, arranged the airport shuttle when we returned our hire car. Near to downtown, midtown and Old Town via taxi/uber. Clean rooms, made up when requested. Lovely place to relax and chill by the pool for us before we headed to Las Vegas. Plenty of parking, can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t get up for it.”
