”服務不錯，地點也算方便！ 剛進到大廳的時候覺得非常的氣派，實際辦理入住的時候才發現到我選的是在本館的套房° 服務人員耐心地跟我解說內容，可能是我的語文能力還不夠好，沒有辦法完全理解。再者，比較可惜的是並沒有跟我說是否可以使用本管的餐飲服務等等，所以我入住的這幾天就沒有特別過去享用他們的餐點° 入住後，房間算乾淨，設備比較基本，但是基本上該有的毛巾都有，只是毛巾有一點髒髒的感覺，不知道是不是因為房間的燈光比較昏暗的關係° 洗澡水柱稍微弱了一點，因為沒有準備室內拖鞋，腳濕濕的踩到房間會覺得有一種滑滑、黏黏的感覺，之後就去買了一雙室內拖鞋了…冷氣會涼，但是聲音稍微大聲° 小插曲是，我一開始拿到的房卡根本無法進入房間，再告知櫃檯後，你處理了兩三次才完成，但服務人員還是非常有耐心的幫我解決這個問題！”

Room had a well equipped kitchenette. We did not use but nice to have if we wanted to heat up something. Hotel is just next to The Row which had lots of options for food.”

”Dirty room upon arrival with cockroaches and a very strong scent of naphthalene balls, build up of lime scale in the shower head, no bucket of water provided and very poor customer service. The room was not properly cleaned, and staff were unhelpful when the issue was reported. Very disappointing experience and not worth the price.”

”Breakfast buffet was awesome! Although the toilet papers easily run out, there’s no problem for replenishment when you request from front desk. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Even the security guards are concerned for your safety as we tend to walk around the blocks very early in the morning and asked us to walk where he can keep an eye on us .. none that we encountered any safety issues with our walks. Although hot outside, the AC worked real well. Very affordable too!”

”I did not like this hotel at all. I had booked it because it had pool. The room was very simple and in bathroom came very bad smell when i open the room. I asked in reception if there is better rooms available. There was no do i decided to book Richmonde hotel a room and that was excellent.”

”When we got checked in, the toilet wasn’t flushing, the phone isn’t working, when we locked the door because we have to go out, they said they have no key that works. We rented 2 rooms good for 6 each but they only gave us 2 cups. When we ate out, the manager had a bad attitude toward us. The staffs are trying their best to help us but their boss is terrible. There’s oveall problem with the system.”
