”Breakfast was poor and unsanitary. Room was cramped uncomfortable and completely overpriced. $350 a night for a bed. two lights and no dresser. A window for partial ocean view overlooking a parking lot on the first floor - so couldn’t open the window at all even for the light because no sheers. Don’t believe the pictures online. Floor was damp. Ac worked though.”

”Great hotel and terrific location. Highly recommend this hotel!”

”The continental breakfast was fresh and oddly satisfying. The property is situated across the street from the Narragansett Bay. Our room cost almost $1000.00 for 4 nights and the view from our room was of the parking lot and the back of the kitchen If we had known that, we would have stayed somewhere else.”

”We were only there overnight, arriving after 9PM and leaving by 8AM, didn’t check out much but it was perfect for a quick stop to rest. The lady who checked us in was quite helpful and very kind.”

”Stayed here for my boyfriends birthday. I chose to upgrade the room, but they further upgraded us to the best suite they have which was complimentary. Room was beautiful. Great breakfast included with stay. Very kind staff. Would definitely stay if I came back to Newport.”

”Overall, the stay was fantastic. Great staff very clean room. Just wish the pool was a little cleaner and warmer. I’m not sure they consistently turned the heater on.”
