”The bathroom was incredibly large. I liked that a room key was required on the elevator to get to our floor. It made me feel safe. The room was clean, the staff was nice and parking was a breeze. ”

”Our stay was fine. The room was in good condition and clean. There were lots of dogs in the hotel due to a local dog show. This hotel is let friendly. The parking lots was well lit and appeared safe.”

”Staff was really helpful with my room change. Very friendly treated us like family. We have decided to only use Holiday Inn at 102 Lake St. Shreveport LA for all our weekend get aways. Amazing experience. ”

”The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It's a slightly older place and there were a few worn spots but that's what you might expect. It was exactly what we expected and it was very quiet which was perfect! We had a great stay!!!”

”Terrific little historic hotel with a lot of vintage charm. Right downtown -- walking distance to the river, nearby casinos, and (in our case) the Mudbug Madness Festival. The staff was particularly warm and inviting -- offering terrific local advise and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. This place should be on your radar screen when visiting Shreveport!”

”The hotel is a bit outdated. But other wise a nice hotel. The only thing that i have to say is that we came in a room after a dog and the floor had poop in the corner. We let the hotel staff know and they took care of it. We will come back in the future”
