”The property could use some upgrading. There was no Kleenex anywhere in our room. The lighting was stark and not very warm. The air conditioning/heating system was too loud. Someone near our room was smoking marijuana and the scent was very strong.”

”Rooms were considerably smaller than described on the room details. No room service, cleaning of your room had to be requested by 10 o’clock in the morning in order to get even fresh towels. I was more than dissatisfied with the overall cleaning quality of this property hallways were full of miscellaneous items that needed to be vacuumed and wiped down. Cleaning staff needs to be fired and rehired. Despite making suggestions to the front office even about Cleaning also my HEATING...

”Room was on the 3rd floor, elevator was broken, the only ice machine in the hotel was located on the 1st floor and it was broken, 3pm came around and had to walk the hotel to find 1 of the 2 total cleaning ladies working for the day (that have yet to make it to the 3rd floor) to ask for some towels and clean sheets so we can service our room for ourselves. This 2 night stay deserves no stars but this thing required a minimum.”

”I liked the free roaming horses and goats and how friendly and helpful everyone was. We had one issue with our microwave and they put a new one in within minutes. The only thing that would of been better is if they maintained the cabin a little better and stocked the kitchen better with pots and pans,”

”The Appartement layout was nice and modern. Make sure you realize you will be climbing 40 steps to the 3rd floor in very hot 100+ temps. The Appartement was dirty and there were roaches and tiny black ants everywhere. There was food on furniture, rug and in drawers. There was no product in the dispensers in one bathroom and no toilet paper anywhere upon arrival. Come prepared we did not. We contacted Landing and they offered us a cleaning, but never answered when we tried to schedule a...
