”There is water problem, there was no water entire night and there was no hot water. It seems like there was not enough pressure to pump up. The downstairs unit had water but no hot water there too.”

”In this hotel our room was big enough, we had plenty of hot water, the room was very clean and the service exelent. There is also central heating that you can use in the case the weather is cold. At the reception they even speak english. The only that didn’t work perfectly was the service at breakfast. Breakfast itself was very good for my point of you, but you had to ask for cups, forks, knives etc, those were not allways available.”

”Excellent service and BEAUTIFUL views. What an experience. We also did a tour of the sacred valley with the owner Eddy. We had the best time, visited moray Mara’s ollantaytambo and stopped for beers at a local brewery. Had the best time.
Staff were also very accommodating, shout out to Gabby and Juan Carlos! Food was top notch. Lots of water coca tea, pisco sours and even made a special tea for me where I had a cold !
The place is a little out of the way up the mountain but gave the best...

”Wow I don’t even know where to start. Jorge was an incredible host! You walked into his establishment and immediately felt at home. Jorge adopted you as family right then. He was attentive to requests, ensured easy taxi pick up/drop off, made sure your stay was comfortable. Breakfast was provided and everything was fresh! Eggs made to order, fruit sliced that morning. Fresh fruit juices, teas, coffee made. Every interaction I had with Jorge and his family was positive. He even upgraded our room...
