”Extremely disappointing that parking was so expensive. Valet would have been cheaper than parking in the garage right next to the building. The main entrance was under construction but never disclosed to us so we had to walk through the starbucks and restaurant that doesnt have manual doors with the dolly. The alarm went off due to the shower heat. Disappointing due to the price we paid.”

”Having arrived at the hotel, we were excited as this was a very anticipated part of our vacation visiting the Smoky Mountains. Upon entering, we were subjected to a large number of people attending a Bible retreat. The entire hotel was taken over by a hundred teens that were extremely loud and very disruptive. We had to contact the front desk several times to have security to assist - it was after 11 o’clock each night that they were running around the hallways. Also, we were not aware of one...

”We hot to check in early and asked for a quiet room. The room was ok until the neigbours checked in and put the TV on - it was so loud that the whole floor heard it. We went downstairs to ask help from front desk. Natalie was very helpful and gave us another room, which was very quiet. Excellent service!”

”The hotel was adequate, exactly what I expected from a La Quinta in TN... Noisey and smelly, but the attentiveness from the staff definitely made up for it(seriously), the topless gal in the pool was also a bonus.... Need an ego boost, check out the Applebee's two blocks down and realize you're crushing it in life..... All seriousness, kudos to the staff, they made the tears I cried at night a little less salt.... Good ol' Rocky Top, Rocky Top, Tennessee.”
