”Receptionists didn't found our reservation and didn't give internet code to show it.
Finally after 30 minutes found it and got the rooms. Internet was not working, receptionists claim it's ok but needs again an other 30 minutes to prove not! Reboot the system and start working.
Please avoid if find some other hotel. Visit regular on area, but next time go an other place.
Location near shopping and restaurants good, but service very starnge in US.”

”Staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean. BIG drawbacks were the front doors have no automation- not sure how that is ADA compliant. Have to try to hold them open and drag luggage through two sets of doors. Next, there is not an elevator. I had to drag two suitcases, my briefcase and purse up the stairs to the second floor. Fortunately, I can make a few trips and successfully do this, but it would not be safe for someone with issues with balance or strength.”

”I loved everything about this property and I absolutely plan on staying here again! The room was very clean and exceeded my expectations. It felt more like home with the beautiful kitchen, living room area, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom and just everything. I thought it would just have a mini fridge, but I was very happy and surprised to see a full fridge. This is by far my favorite place to stay.”
