”The guy who greeted us, Hafiz, was unfortunately the most unfriendly person we met during our time in Malaysia. Check in was not a very good experience, we had just had a 13 hour flight and an hour in a taxi then when we arrived we had to wait for a long time with young children who needed to go to the toilet and we had to wait outside in 32 degrees humid weather with all our bags for hafiz to casually stroll down to take us up to our room. The apartment was ok, really nothing special at all....

”The suite was very good, the building is well located near to lost of the key attractions and sites as well as some good places to eat and drink nearby. The room was much larger than we expected, well equipped with good A/C (v important) and a very comfortable bed. The building itself has great facilities, we used the gym but not the pool, the cafe and laundry room. The only slight issue we had is that the bathroom is in need of a really deep clean, some back mold around the shower, etc, but...

Föreslogs att vi skulle sova på soffan i vardagsrummet med endast ett täcke, fick inga lakan eller kuddar när vi efterfrågade den femte sängplatsen. Kändes lite oseriöst. Saknades porslin för fem pers. Slitna teflongrytor. Dyrare än bättre boende i området. The Manor hade bättre standard till lägre pris. Rätt stimmigt i poolen på eftermiddagen då det...

”The apartment is great in terms of cleanliness. However the whatsapp customer service response is pretty slow and there are 2 numbers to contact, the general and the host. Also the lift is another issue, keep stopping at almost every 3 floors even though no one press. Quite irritating in that sense. Other than these, the room is good. ”

”This was a very disappointing stay. The property is run-down and far from what I would consider “luxury.” There was a persistent moldy smell, and the bedding and towels felt old and worn out. Communication with the manager, Kelvin, was inconsistent. At times, he was unresponsive, and reaching him by phone was difficult. Additionally, the stove was not functioning, which was inconvenient. The only positive aspect was the location, which was decent. However, overall, I would not recommend staying...
