”Das Hotel ist extrem verschmutzt. Ich hatte Kakerlaken auf dem Nachttisch und der Dusche, auch schwarzen Schimmel. Ich musste das erste Zimmer wechseln, weil es wie ein Aschenbecher gestunken hat. Beim Check Out wird eine zweite Nachberechnung einer Steuer verlangt, die bereits beim Check In gezahlt wurde. Ich empfehle jedem, dieser Nachbelastung auszuweichen, in dem man die Zimmerkarte im Zimmer lässt und das Hotel ohne offiziellen Check Out verlässt.”

”I do not, cannot recommend this property/hotel to anybody. I am not sure it is a hotel as such. It is groups of rooms managed by single individuals that you deal with on a web site the Chinese WeChat, or What Apps during your stay. Very impersonal and unfriendly. A security deposit is required by a very unprofessional individual that is the essence of being unprofessional actually overbearing and threatening. ”This was a very disappointing stay. The property is run-down and far from what I would consider “luxury.” There was a persistent moldy smell, and the bedding and towels felt old and worn out. Communication with the manager, Kelvin, was inconsistent. At times, he was unresponsive, and reaching him by phone was difficult. Additionally, the stove was not functioning, which was inconvenient. The only positive aspect was the location, which was decent. However, overall, I would not recommend staying...
