”Sadly this was not the experience we hoped for & expectations were already low going into the stay as we knew this was not a 4 or 5 star accommodation. When we arrived on Tuesday afternoon there was no valet or bell desk, one person working the check in & the line was 20 people deep. Lots of “managers” walking around saying “thank you for your patience”. It would have been more helpful if they jumped behind the desk & actually did something to speed up the process. Hotel was out of soap in all...

”Check in went smoothly and staff was super nice.
Room/shower was clean and bed was comfortable.
Brewery bar right next to the place and grocery store.
Best thing at this place was the amazing hot tub and swimming pool. It was relaxing after the days activities.”

”Room was clean but outdated with wear and tear. Casino area of hotel was hot and stuffy but hotel room was cool with air conditioner on or window open. The steakhouse restaurant was closed on Sunday which was a bummer. It’s also closed on Mondays. Self parking was a bit of a mess and looked like a construction zone. Overall experience was good but not great.”

”In our 1st room we found many ants in our fridge and on the floor. We went to the reception to complain about it as we didn’t want to get them in our luggage. At first they rolled their eyes and said “we have nature very close” but in the end they gave us an ant-free room which was little bit more away from the casino area (less smoke smell). So overall ok hotel quite close to South Lake Tahoe which was our place to go.”

”Check-in was fast and easy. Staff provided us $5 vouchers to use for Lakeside Beach. Location is good, easy walk to the Heavenly Village Plaza for dining and shopping. The cafe inside the lobby was convenient.
The beds and bathroom seemed cleaned. Only complaints would be the stand up fan in our room had a thick coat of dust so we couldn’t use it and the shampoo and body wash bottles were both empty.”

”Room was clean. In-room jetted tub worked well. Nice large shower. Bed not very comfortable for me, but I'm very picky due to back issues.
Ice machine was a bit of a walk and they only have one on property, which want convenient. The vending machine in same room as ice machine and guest laundry facility and was kinda sad. Card reader on the machine was not working, so if you didn't have cash, you were out of luck. We didn't need to use the vending machine, just an observation.
