”We don’t have many good things to say. Our key cards stopped working the second night and we tried to fix it with the reception, but they coundt fix it so one had to stay in the room.. There was someones’ clothing in the room when we arrived. The breakfast was to choose from 3 options. It took 1,5 hours to get the food and left us hungry. There was also construction going on.. The house keeping kept knocking on our door all morning from 8 am to noon.. Would not recommend.”

”We got corner room on 18th floor with great view towards the bay. I warmly recommend to pay some extra for that! Room was in great condition and clean. Bed was perfect with two set of pillows (soft & firm). Location was good, Nob hill cable car end station is just around the corner. However, for people in good condition it takes approx 30-40 minutes to walk to Fisherman’s Wharf. We were very happy to our two nights staying in this hotel.”
