”Our tv was not working properly. A maintenance man came to the room and got the TV on but after he left it wouldn’t turn off. They were supposed to fix it while we were out but no luck There was no communication from one shift to the other so finally at 9:30 at night we were given a new room The other problem was the entrance way was not level with the rest of the room and we tripped going to the bathroom at night.”

”They charge me $35 dollars more bec i got there 1 hour early .the guy at the desk was so rude about it. i get to the room bathroom is so small the the sink is in the bed room. Elevator was glitchy. The tv didn’t work. Netflix would not show on the screen .. tv was so small it was level to the bed so you couldn’t see it. Definitely never staying here again.”

”The front desk and housekeeping staff were not very helpful nor personable. The room’s toilet was clearly not cleaned as there was dried urine on the seat. There was also a significant roof leak in the hallway directly outside of an occupied room. The ladies working in the breakfast area were the only redeeming factor about this hotel stay. They were the nicest most helpful people working there. They made sure guests had what they needed, kept the area clean, organized, and fully stocked....
