”Good location in Islamorada close to attractions and good midpoint for exploring the keys. The property has the old building, motel style by the road and newer buildings and villas a bit more modern. Breakfast gets a bit backed up so go early if you want omelets, pancakes or French toast (the warm options). There are some continental breakfast options as well. Looks like they are trying to make things more upscale but not quite there yet. They could use some hammocks by the beach, the palm trees...

My best experience there was the pool area. The rooms were not that great for the price I paid. The carpet seemed dirty and the AC did not work well. The staff was excellent. I was on a family vacation, hoping to get my kids off my back for a few hours;however, they had a game room many of the amenities were broken or did not work.For the price I paid, I expect everything to work well

”A charming but dated hotel. It is physically clean and well kept but our room has musty and old lingering smell, overpowering especially upon entering the room. Location is very good, walkable to some restaurants, close to groceries and beach.”

”First off the staff were amazing the woman at the front desk was so helpful and friendly made me feel at home . If you are looking for a great time on the water hit up holf tight charters his boat is conveniently located just steps away from the hotel. The captain is awesome. Rooms were clean and the beds are comfortable ”

”Staff there in general have a rude attitude to visitors or just plainly do not care. Unfortunately this is the case in my opinion as this place has the surroundings to be something special. From the near by jet ski place I would avoid at all costs, they can try to get you to pay large damages.”
