The only thing which was so-so was the room itself - since the hotel is pet-friendly (that is wonderful!) i could find animal hair/fur on the chairs, even in bed some. And the room looked quite cheap. All other things +++ I loved to stay there for a weedend.”

”I absolutely love how friendly the staff are. And the rooms are so nice with kitchenettes in every room! The breakfast is good and has amazing coffee. The only complaint I have is that the breakfast ends at 9AM and as a traveler, Id like to be able to sleep in a bit before breakfast. Theyre the only hotel ive been to that doesnt keep breakfast open until 11 which would be much better. Otherwise its a great place to stay!”

”I was thoroughly impressed with the facility until I slipped and fell on my elbow and knee while walking back to my room. I promptly alerted the front desk about the water on the floor, but they explained that the floor cleaner occasionally misses some water. Surprisingly, there were no wet floor signs, and they only offered to waive the resort fee. Fortunately, I’m not an elderly person, so I didn’t break a hip or something worse.”

”Great hotel, and one of the cleanest pet-friendly hotels I've been to. I love how they have a cute robot as security. I did not see any homeless or suspicious characters around the property at night. The location is great and quiet, yet close to any store you need. The Vancouver Food Carts are within walking distance. Great place to stay if you have an EV; the Ionna charging station is right next to the hotel, and the hotel has two Chargepoint chargers onsite. ”The staff was awesome, but the building was lacking. The Gaucho restaurant, 8th floor lounge and the liquor cabinet were closed.The beds and pillows were not comfortable. The bathroom did not have a fan and the glass doors for the toilet and and shower did not reach the ceiling. Great view and wonderful walking areas. There is simple not a lot to do other than consume expensive food and drinks.Dominoes delivers there.”
