”I had a lovely albeit short stay at Hawkdun Rise. Suzanne and John are wonderful hosts who make you feel at home. The interior could be slightly more modern for my personal taste but everything was very clean and well kept. And you can tell that the owners put a lot of thought into creating a space in which their guests can feel comfortable and welcome. Need to try their Gewürztraminer! ”

”Very nice place to stay. Staff very friendly and welcoming, meal in the restaurant was great. Only real criticism was had to ask for more milk as fridge hadn't been replenished by cleaners but hey that happens and not a big deal and they sorted straight away. Highly recommend staying at this as we will again.”
