”Nice location on the beach. Highly recommend high floor for best views of the bay. Really enjoyed my coffee from the balcony! Traveled in early November, so definitely not their busy season, but still beautiful, quiet and peaceful!”

”The hotel and room were excellent! From the minute you enter the hotel it felt clean and well maintained. We had a king room and it was very spacious. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker… more amenities than some much more expensive hotels we’ve stayed in. Very pleased with our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel!!!”

”I had hopes that this “resort” would be good. Sadly, the room I was given (for disabled) wasn’t finished being cleaned. The bed was stripped of bedding. The 2 ladies at the front desk scrambled to get the bed made. (We appreciated that!) Then they gave us a clean room. It was handicapped and happily accepted it. The room was available for the next night but I chose to stay in the regular room. The staff said we would get a discount due to the inconvenience. We were not given any discount....

”They have one of the best restaurants in Traverse City but on the expensive side, if I would of new earlier I would of ate there but we already made plans for all the days up there with are friends' and family. The Management team was excellent! We had a small issue and they took care of right away. The room we stayed in was nice and quiet. The pool could of been deeper and longer for swimming but good for kids. Great parking and close to a lot of wineries and restaurants. They have a nice bar...
