”Evening front desk staff was amazing. Doug and another man. Breakfast was great. Only negative thing was that there were people in the room across from us making lots of noise. ”We had requested a handicap walk in shower and a room close to the elevators. We were unable to get either one and our room was so far from the elevators. We were told at the time they don’t assign rooms until check in. Even though we were there early, we couldn’t get what we needed. The worst was when they sent up a chair for the shower it took up the whole bathtub, needless to say my husband couldn’t shower during our time there. We were absolutely disappointed and would never book there...
