”Idyllisch mitten im Einzigen Nationalpark von Bali gelegen Hirsche, Affen und eine Wildsau sind vor allem gegen Abend auf dem Hotelgelände anzutreffen. Familiäre, ruhige Anlage, sehr feine Küche, ausserordentlich nettes Personal. Alle sprechen sehr gut Englisch und haben immer Zeit für ein kurzes Gespräch. Im Cottage fühlt man sich wie in einem Baumhaus mit wunderschöner Glasfront. Schade darf man nicht ohne Guide eine kleinere Spaziergangrunde machen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.”

”Had a great stay here, restaurant is closed so set out for food. There was a tasty food stand outside and found a good restaurant across the street - local eats nothing fancy but good. Pool was nice and there are tables around to spend time in. The front desk gave us a number of a contact for Ijen crater which turned out great. Not far to ferry to Bali. SOme bugs in the room but it comes with the territory. We had to keep toilet seat closed at all times though because it always had ants inside...

There is a shop across it that does general provisions and simple meals. Also went out of their way to purchase meals from outside. The room I booked did not have the advertised mountain view, and the shower room lacked a sink. ”

”This was a convenient place to overnight between Bromo and Bali. The grounds are huge and decorated with beautiful sculptures, and the pool area was large and nicely done. The rooms were fine, but the bathrooms were very dirty- everything needed a good scrubbing, and our bathtub had around 10 dead insects in it when we arrived. ”
