”The unit was nice and clean and in a great area to use for a base while visiting key west. Unfortunately our AC went out for 2.5 days of our 4 days. it took us forever to get in contact with anyone...24/7 service my butt. We spent most of the first night trying to get a hold of someone locally to let them know what was happening. We were able to talk to someone through the 800 number buy they were unable to help us out and wouldnt give us contact info for the local after hours department. No one...

”Boat itself wasn’t terrible, but Teddy, the guy running things, defrauded my credit card and steals from his one employee. The Marina the boat was at had so many complaints from guests about Miss Serenity, that they kicked them out of the marina on 6 May 2019. Don’t go anywhere near this boat people!”
