”I did not appreciate the hard time we were given about my group eating breakfast, they will harass you about a ticket to eat but upon booking it said it was included but when we got there, they said there was a fee for brkfst which means it's not included, then they proceeded to try to charge 10/ head for the horrible food had i known, i would have saved my money and ate elsewhere because it was terrible, housekeeping staff was great and on top of it, rms just mediocre, i am Def used to higher...

”We didn’t have a great experience at this property. Alarm went off at 4am and had to go out in the freezing cold in the middle of the night with my toddler in arms. Apparently it has happened multiple times in the past at 4am. We checked out right away after this experience and didn’t even use any facilities. Stay away if you want to have a good experience.”

”Hieno hotelli ja näköala. Ruoka hyvää ja hinnoittelu maltillinen. Hotellille ajettaessa piti näyttää henkkarit, ennen kuin päästivät sisälle sotilasalueelle, jonka sisällä hotelli on.”

”I was charged $500 for “smoking” in my room when I don’t smoke. When I disputed the charge with the manager, he would not remove the charge and would not provide any documentation to support the charge. I would NEVER stay at this location again.”

”The hallways smelled like animal urine, this was a dog friendly hotel. The noise from the room above was unacceptable, sounded like someone was bowling. The soap dispensers in the bathroom over the sink were not accessible to the handicapped person in the mobility scooter. There was only a single tiny waste basket for the entire suite. One of the bedsides lamps was totally inoperative, and could not charge phone either. Staff was very nice though!”
