”The directions given to us by Hotel.com website were wrong by 350 meters, and we had serious trouble finding the right place just before midnight. We were compensated for this in price by 20 Laris (out of the 120) but overall, weren't too pleased with our stay. I personally hate shower curtains and the photo showed a washing room with no curtain. I would not stay here again. The building itself seemed like a lot of rooms were still unfinished and the staff seemed seriously stressed out.”

”Pleasant brief stay at the Aisi. Was given a corner room and the hotel is within minutes of several of the most popular restaurants in Batumi. Thanks to Giorgi for information and a late evening coffee while I was working and to Ms. Tekla who opened up the restaurant for me to work as I was on a work webinar and needed a quieter place after a brief wifi interruption. ”

”Excellent location right on Batumi walkable boulevard. Lots of restaurants and cafeteria nearby. Right by the Black Sea. Service was pretty exceptional and fast! Lika was very helpful! The only con was a noise insulation and a party all the way into 1 AM next door. But this is what you get when you book a room in a 50 floor hotel. The area itself if going through some massive reconstruction. So one needs to be prepared for construction noise. Otherwise a great value for money! Loved the stay...

”When we booked our room, we were promised a sea view, instead our windows faced a construction site of a skyscraper. The room itself was small, not much space to move around. Most outlets were not properly sealed into the wall. You had to make sure to press it down while pulling out the plug. The mattress wasn't the best either, you could feel the springs. In the shower one of the tiles was loose, everytime you stepped on it, there was a small fountain out of the water that accumulated...

”This property is a total scam. They don't even give you what you paid for. They will move you to euphoria hotel instead and give you a teeny tiny little room without the view and they will keep treating you horribly. I contacted orbitz to resolve the isssue but they couldn't do anything. This property MUST not be listed on orbitz. I've been a platinum orbitz member for years and this is the first time orbitz couldn't even help. STAY AWAY”
