”Upon getting our keys on March 28, 2025, the Middle Eastern male staff member seemed to be in a bad mood. He was not welcoming. When we got to our room, there was a piece of hair in our sink, there was no hand soap near the sink, and it was three wet spots on the toilet paper as if it was used. I attempted to report this to the Middle Eastern staff member. I first told him that we did not have soap; however, he told me that the Hotel did not supply soap. I did not have hand soap for 24 hours...

”We realized chargers left in the room right after we checked out, the chargers have gone when we went back to the room for checking. And could not find it from the reception center, the staff are rude. We had to look for housekeeping people by ourselves… I reserved the room and left my bank information, when checked out, they charged from others’ credit card… that’s ridiculous!!!”
