”No way this is a 3 star hotel. The room was small and smelled musty. The window doesn't open, so there's no ventilation. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The breakfast was a horrible buffet of rubbery scrambled eggs, half cooked sausage links and soupy biscuits and gravy. The staff was VERY nice and friendly, but they have to work in this horrible place. Find another hotel to stay at.”

”For a busy weekend, the staff was very amenable. With all the kids and teens, we didn’t really partake of the pool and hot tub, but it looked well maintained. The free, secure parking is a big plus!!! The room was clean and comfortable. The location is right next to Energizer Field, so if you are a soccer fan you are right there. Union Station is close, too. Overall a nice place.”

”The property was great! It was clean, organized and kept up very well! The amenities was the problem for me. Upon booking our room, the message regarding the pool stated that they will be open in May. The day before our scheduled check-in I received a message from the hotel stating that the pools will be closed through August. Very disappointed being that this was one of the reasons we booked it. Then the jacuzzi had a glob of hair that was stuck to the filter drain (not my hair) and strands off...

”I had an excellent experience during my stay here. The room was spotless — you can tell housekeeping really takes pride in keeping everything fresh and comfortable. The bed was cozy, the bathroom was clean, and everything felt well‑maintained.
The staff was another highlight. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely willing to help. They made the whole stay feel welcoming and easy.
