”Price okay, good location but everything smelled like an ashtray. Overwhelming. People are allowed to smoke directly next to the door outside and the hallways smell like smoke, the room, the bed, the sofa, the elevator.... also, I was suprised that I was asked to charge my credit card $200 as a deposit. Understood, but why does it take 10 business days to get it back? Why do they charge it?”

”This is not a cheap hotel, so I got what I expected. It was modern and very clean. The pillows are the best and the mattress was very comfortable.
Would love to know the brand of the pillows they use.”

”My family and I stayed at this hotel for 8 days, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.
The biggest issue was a severe ant infestation throughout our room. Ants were everywhere, including on the bed. My wife was bitten multiple times while sleeping and is still suffering from significant itching and discomfort as a result.
Housekeeping standards were also very poor. Even after the room was cleaned every other day, the floors remained dusty, with dirt accumulating in...
