”I've already bragged on the staff (thanks Erin Hartery & staff) We checked in (after 12 noon & left the resort @ 7pm) on the same day. Enough said on that. We are awaiting a refund for our second day of unused stay which pm mgr Erin will be adeptly handling. One thing to remember: "things happen BEYOND the hotel's control...but the SERVICE RECOVERY is what the guest walks away with...in the end, AND DRIVES A RETURN VISIT.”

”What a great two day stay we enjoyed at the Driftwood Resort in Vero Beach, Florida.. We were very fortunate to have Kate as our concierge and special needs assistant. Kate was able to provide my wife and I with wonderful and extremely helpful accommodations. We are extremely grateful for her kindness and appreciate all of her willingness to provide us with the best stay possible. The room and amenities were just what we needed at the time. Needless to say, I highly recommend the Driftwood...

”This was the worst place to stay for a vacation. First and foremost, I had no idea that that’s the place that was in the photos. Very disappointed and bummed because of how much me and my boyfriend spent. There were roaches, spiders, mouse droppings, and an infestation of fire ants everywhere in every corner of this shed like building, they were in our clothes, shoes and suitcases. It smelt like animal pee and was NOT LIVEABLE. And our toilet was not working. There was mold growing around the AC...
