”The hotel was ok, but had a few problems, surprising for a fairly expensive place:
-- The room we were given was up a dimly lit flight of stairs -- no elevator. That was a bore with luggage and a serious problem if you are mobility impaired. If you have any impairment, when you book, make sure you indicate you need a fully accessible room.
-- The only free power outlet was by the sink (and that was cracked); to charge anything we had to unplug one of the lights. There are no USB outlets.

”Everything was great. Very clean, well stocked and the staff were very accommodating. The only thing was that, for me, the bed was way too soft but this is no fault of the staff/hotel and something I never thought to ask about. Will definitely stay again!”

”The hotel is a great blend of old charm with modern convenience. It is not a modern hotel with a fitness center etc. What it is is a really cool old hotel with just the needed amount of modern amenities. The staff at the desk, especially the afternoon guy, was friendly and helpful. He even made dinner reservations for us for our anniversary at a local restaurant. The place is clean and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was ok with a decent selection although it seems to be the same every day...
