”The airport Shuttle did not exist. There is no heat in the rooms except a space heater, which didn’t work for two nights. The one night I ate at the restaurant my food seems like it was heated up in the microwave. While on other nights I saw people eating what looked like very nicely prepared meals. ”I booked this hotel based on ratings, and I’m so glad I did! The staff are all incredibly friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast is delicious, and includes made-to-order eggs, omelettes, or an assortment of meats, fruits, etc. The breakfast staff are top-notch. A huge highlight of the hotel is their rescue alpaca, Kiki. She is adorable and her personality shows through. There is always filtered water and teas available. ”In this hotel our room was big enough, we had plenty of hot water, the room was very clean and the service exelent. There is also central heating that you can use in the case the weather is cold. At the reception they even speak english. The only that didn’t work perfectly was the service at breakfast. Breakfast itself was very good for my point of you, but you had to ask for cups, forks, knives etc, those were not allways available.”

”The NaturaLodge was the perfect place for us to rest and enjoy the town before we went to Machu Picchu. It exceeded our expectations, especially with things such as the cleanliness, nice bathroom, amazing views, location, lovely breakfast on top of the hotel with more amazing views, and the friendly staff. The only downside to the hotel is the trek up the stairs to get to the hotel entrance. But even with that, we would still highly recommend this hotel!”
