”An amazing place to stay! The view of the ocean with pico island is amazing! The owner and housekeeper were both super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They brought fresh eggs, fruits from their property, and home made jams every morning! It was nice to have the communal area to meet people (although not too many people in the off season.) For those curious, laundry service costs EUR 10. But they wash, dry, and fold your laundry. Much cheaper than a hotel.”

”We had an amazing honeymoon here thanks to the staff, and others staying at the property at the same time. ”House is in quiet place, full of nature. I received a really big house, fine in the appearance, very clean and completely fournished. Comfort was at top and all was working perfectly. ”Our hosts Fatima and George were the best hosts we have ever had in many VRBO experiences. There was a fresh baked cake, basket of cheese, basket of fruit, basket of bread/biscuits and a bottle of wine waiting on the dining room table when we arrived. The patio off of the house was a fantastic private setting for evening wine and cheese. The old basalt cottage was impeccable, it looked brand new as if we were the first to occupy!”

”The place is really lovely and very clean. There is a great view of Pico, and we loved looking out at the lights of Pico from the porch at night. Rita was very responsive to any issues we had. The wifi was really weak, even after Rita provided a new router. Visitors should download tv shows or movies in advance if they want to watch anything during their stay. We loved coming home to this house at the end of the day!!!”
